How it Works?

Pay on Demand is built into the time and attendance employee app to allow employees to get paid for the hours they work, instantly. Every time they work a shift, they'll have access to a portion of their earning as soon as they clock out.

• Employees simply switch their direct deposit account to Clair
• Free wage advances to employees a the end of each shift
• Requested advances are transferred to the Clair account and can be used immediately with a Clair Debit Mastercard®
• Advances are deducted once employees receive their pay check
• The service is free for employers and doesn't charge employees for wage advances
